Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase if they are in new, unworn, and unaltered condition, with the original receipt and packaging. Custom jewelry, grills, engraved, resized, special-order, and final sale items are non-returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Eligible items may also be exchanged within the return period. Please contact us before sending or bringing in a return.
